100vw, 310px\" \/><\/a><\/p><p>In the heart of Agiasos, where tradition meets flavor, the \u201cGarden of Panagia\u201d is filled with aromas, music, and stories from the Mytilenean cuisine.<\/p><p>On <strong>Friday, July 18, 2025<\/strong>, the <strong>1st Lesvian Festival of Traditional Mytilenean Gastronomy<\/strong> will be inaugurated, featuring two iconic dishes: <em>Agiasos-style ptaria<\/em> (meatless fritters) and <em>giaprakia<\/em> (vine leaves stuffed with rice).<\/p><p>The evening includes live music, a tasting competition with audience participation, and concludes with an authentic Agiasos-style celebration full of dance, song, and wine.<\/p><p><strong>Friday, July 18, 2025<\/strong><br \/><strong>Time:<\/strong> 20:30<br \/><strong>Garden of Panagia, Agiasos<\/strong><\/p><p>All proceeds from the event will be donated to support the <strong>Mytilene Nursing Home<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The culinary experience is curated by Chef Fotis Karsiotis from <strong>Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat<\/strong>, in collaboration with local associations and under the auspices of the <strong>Municipality of Mytilene<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The <strong>Garden of Panagia<\/strong> consistently supports initiatives that strengthen the local community, highlight tradition, and cultivate the cultural heritage of Lesvos.<\/p><p><strong>Lesvos Treasures<\/strong>
